Whether it be in your family or career, to be truly successful in this ever changing world requires expanding your ability to be an effective leader by expanding your ability to be a better listener, coach and mentor to those you are leading.

This course is newly designed to address the serious student, the seeker, life-long learner, those of you who are passionate about this work and the increased effectiveness you’ve experienced in your lives. The course is multi-faceted and will increase your effectiveness in whatever area you choose to expand in—through coaching, processes and performance.

What does it mean to be a leader? What is your public identity, and have you asked lately? Our public identity lives in the speaking and listening of other people—the community in which you participate. You will expand your capacity to listen, address people’s concerns, and as a result become a better coach and mentor. Leadership is ultimately a way of being. You will learn the Ontology of Leadership which will allow you to bring forth what’s missing for you as a leader and create the public identity that you desire.

You will increase your effectiveness as a coach and mentor by demonstrating your current skill level, learning the Ontology of Coaching and practicing with others and receive coaching and feedback. You will be challenged to reach your next level of competency as a coach and create a roadmap for your coaching aspirations.

At the heart of being effective in life is increasing your emotional intelligence and learning what it means to be an adult. Simply said, being an adult requires taking care of concerns in all domains consistently over time. You will learn how to design your adulthood and how that influences your level of success, peace and personal power. You will increase your emotional intelligence by learning to ground your assessments of yourself and others to eliminate personal suffering and resentment of others. As you become more grounded your tendency to be triggered will diminish.

We also plan to introduce you to the Reality Model that will answer the questions," Why do we do what we do?" and" Why do we get what we get?"

The course is the next step in your development with EFL.
