Stage Two

In Stage II, participants learn to be consistently authentic and effective in relationships, work, family and play. Most of us have an image of how we think others perceive us, or how we think we should be perceived, and we invest enormous time and energy in maintaining and projecting our image. When the image slips, or we perceive that our shortcomings have been exposed, we often feel misunderstood, guilty, resentful of the demands placed on us, and fearful that we will not be loved and respected for being who we really are. In Stage II, participants learn to set aside their image in order to be fully and intimately engaged with others. The promise of Stage II is to teach people the necessary skills to live in integrity, to align their words and actions, so that peace of mind becomes reality rather than an elusive goal.
